Job Summary

Senior Partner Acquisition & Growth Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of digital-led partner acquisition and pipeline growth for the Integrated & Platforms Payments business in the UK. Owns go-to-market planning, partner prospecting, launch campaigns, and joint marketing initiatives; designs digital-first demand generation across paid, organic, social, content, events, webinars, and advocacy channels; builds and optimises lead nurture programs; collaborates with Sales and Partner teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue; tracks performance against targets and continuously optimises campaigns. Brings 5+ years of B2B growth or partner marketing experience, proven inbound/digital acquisition success, data-driven mindset, and hands-on use of marketing automation and CRM systems; strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive marketing as a revenue engine.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or partner marketing within SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology
  • Proven track record of leading inbound and digital acquisition programs with measurable results
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience working to clear growth and revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to create alignment and belief across Sales and Partner teams
