Job Summary
Partner Account Operations Management role focused on leading operational execution for tier-1 and tier-2 accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design tailored customer solutions, and driving process efficiency. Responsibilities include rigorous financial analytics to optimize account margins, ROI, and revenue generation; primary escalation and issue-resolution support; continuous improvement initiatives to remove bottlenecks; synthesizing operational and financial data into concise executive-ready reports; negotiating commercial agreements and SLAs aligned with KPIs and governance; establishing customer success frameworks to capture partner feedback and drive long-term retention; and providing leadership and mentorship to junior operations staff through on-site partner engagements to align strategic objectives. The minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree with roughly seven years of related experience in account management, business development, and customer service; familiarity with HP processes is highly preferred. This full-time role is based in Taipei, Taiwan."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
