Job Summary
Partner Account Manager responsible for engaging, building, and growing Human Interest’s partner relationships across SMBs, creating strategic referral networks with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors; collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to identify and resolve issues and drive go-to-market and demand-generation efforts; independently driving partner-driven pipeline and revenue growth while traveling ~3 days/week to engage partners and customers; must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech/HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space (including territory sales and business development)
- Quota-driven sales experience
- Ability to travel in the field 3 days/week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, autonomous contributor with entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce to manage sales cycles (preferred)
