Job Summary
Partner Account Manager responsible for engaging, building, and expanding Human Interest’s partner network across SMB in the United States, focusing on referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors. Drive go-to-market strategies, partnership opportunities, and demand-generation activities; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and accelerate partner-led growth. Requires 2+ years in partner/sales, quota-driven success, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel 3 days/week. Familiarity with Salesforce and a growth mindset are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space (including territory sales and business development)
- Proven track record of success in a quota driven sales environment
- Highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to advocate effectively
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel; in the field 3 days/week
