Job Summary

Partner Account Manager responsible for engaging, building and expanding Human Interest’s key SMB partner accounts across the United States. Develop, build, and amplify referral networks with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors to drive lead generation and partnership opportunities. Proactively identify and resolve issues working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives (events, email, webinars) to promote partner sales. Establish and monitor business goals and performance metrics (pipeline depth, revenue generation) to drive go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities. Must have 2+ years of relationship-building in tech/HCM and advisory partner spaces, a quota-driven mindset, strong communication, and Salesforce familiarity. Travel required (3 days/week). The role emphasizes autonomy, initiative, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced, mission-driven fintech environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space (including territory sales and business development)
  • Successful - Proven track record of success in a quota driven sales environment
