Job Summary

Supervise resident activities, de-escalate behavioral issues, and maintain a safe, clean, secure environment through light housekeeping and maintenance. Welcome new residents, assign beds, explain program rules, monitor supplies, and maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports. Provide vital awake shift coverage and enforce strict grounds security to protect residents and teammates. Contribute direct feedback on shelter policies to help continuously improve services for the community. This role offers competitive base pay with excellent shift differentials for evening and overnight hours, including 2nd and 3rd shift options. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the US, and willing to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A background check is required post-offer.
