Job Summary

Coordinate participant support for AusIMM Online Courses, delivering high-quality assistance across enquiry channels, manage bookings and enrolments from enquiry to confirmation, prepare quotes and invoices, follow up on pending registrations and cancellations, maintain enrolment records in the CRM, assist with course delivery activities including LMS administration and virtual classroom support, and build positive relationships with participants and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or enrolments in a coordination role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Attention to detail in records and administrative processes
  • MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is viewed favorably
  • Experience using CRM systems and administering LMS/online course support
