Job Summary
Participant Success Advisor position in South Portland, ME, supporting program participants through front-line customer service and administrative tasks, coordinating Welcome Meetings, preparing and routing service requests, maintaining case notes, and supporting eligibility and contract requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years in front-facing customer service or related roles; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to use data and reporting tools (e.g., FedcapCARES) to plan daily tasks and support participants. Earn starting pay of $20.20/hour+ with full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm) and comprehensive benefits; emphasis on delivering services to improve participants’ economic stability. Fulfills agency policies and values while delivering performance against KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- 2 years experience in front-facing, customer service, reception, front desk, office assistant, clerical or office-based human services role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
