Job Summary
Assist participants enrolled in the PACE program with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mealtime support, and mobility transfers. Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output while maintaining room cleanliness and responding with compassion to changing conditions. Report any health changes to leadership immediately and maintain participant confidentiality. Requires CNA certification, one year of experience with frail or elderly individuals, a valid Michigan driver's license, and current CPR/BLS certification. Full-time 40-hour schedule from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification
- One (1) year of prior experience with frail or elderly individuals, aiding with daily living activities
- Valid Michigan Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Current CPR or BLS certification or willing to obtain
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and operate as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- 8am - 4:30pm
- Monday - Friday
