Partials Technician

Partials Technician responsible for fabricating wax-ups of cast partial frameworks on refractory models, finishing and refining frames, preparing models for casting, and maintaining stringent quality standards. Duties include spruing/investing, polishing for fit and function, verifying clasp/rest/connector contours, conducting thorough quality inspections, coordinating with the dental team, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, calibrating lab equipment, and managing multiple cases to meet daily goals. Must have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work self-sufficiently within a collaborative dental lab environment. Willingness to stay current with dental technology and process improvements, while contributing to a positive, accountable team culture.
