Job Summary
The HR Business Partner at Beenox will significantly contribute to studio objectives by providing tactical and strategic solutions for talent management and staff effectiveness, while enhancing the organization’s capabilities. Responsibilities include supporting talent integration, retention, performance management, recruitment processes, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of HR experience, especially in complex organizations, and must be capable of supporting managers to achieve optimal employee outcomes. Strong analytical skills, the use of data for decision-making, and experience in diverse workplace dynamics are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in all aspects of human resources
- Previous HR experience in technology and entertainment sectors
- Fluency in French
- Proficiency in English
