Job Summary
In this role you will translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling messaging and scalable communications solutions. You will serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business objectives, create executive messaging and value propositions for diverse audiences, and lead internal and external communications plans including change and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR, Legal, Government Affairs, etc.), leverage data, insights and AI/digital tools to improve effectiveness, guide stakeholders to deliver high-quality on-brand content, and measure impact using analytics and engagement metrics in a complex, matrixed environment. Strong English communication skills are required; bilingual English/French is preferred. This role also emphasizes building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and managing projects in healthcare/regulatory contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications
- Proven experience developing strategic communications plans
- Experience advising senior leaders or executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects
