Execute sourcing strategies via databases, social media, and networking platforms to meet recruitment needs in assigned regions, and represent the company at job fairs. Build strong relationships with candidates to align career aspirations with role expectations, facilitate contracting and onboarding, and maintain accurate data for recruitment reports. Oversee reporting and provide clarifications to stakeholders during team meetings. This role focuses on building a robust talent pool for sales within the financial services and insurance sectors.
