Job Summary
Part-time Youth Sports Assistant supports the Assistant Director of Youth Sports in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include procuring program supplies and equipment, driving volunteer recruitment, enrollment support, field and complex setup for sporting events, recruitment of coaches and sponsors, keeping program rules updated, collecting money, participating in fundraising efforts, and providing supervision at athletic events. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of standard office equipment, and availability to work evenings and weekends. In-person work location: St. Robert, MO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current First Aid and CPR/AED Certification or the ability to obtain certification within the first year of hire
- Missouri Child abuse and neglect mandated reporter training within first two weeks of hire
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to work in extreme heat or extreme cold weather; conditions may include up to seven hours at a time.
