Part-Time Youth Specialist - Secure - Female Only - Juvenile Probation

Maintain safety, security, and supervision of youth in the Juvenile Leadership Academy by enforcing program rules, promoting positive behavior, and supervising daily activities. Respond to emergencies, document resident behavior, and serve as a positive role model while supporting rehabilitation and personal development. This role requires direct supervision in a secure residential setting, including nights and weekends. Female applicants only. Minimum Job Requirements High School Diploma/GED Must be 21 years of age or older One year of Residential Supervision experience (preferred) Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with the public and others Valid Driver's License Eligible to certified as a Juvenile Supervision Officer, which requires completion of CPR, First Aid, and Handle With Care Certification Must be available to work various shifts, to include nights and weekends Must be a Female applicant.
