Job Summary
Part-time Youth Soccer Coach needed to lead sessions for children ages 2-8 across Oakland area locations, using Soccer Shots curriculum. Responsibilities include conducting sessions, setting up/taking down, fostering character development through positive reinforcement, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and effective communication with families and caregivers. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling (M-F daytime and some weekend hours) and opportunities for advancement into full-time roles, program coordination, coach management, marketing, partnerships, and more. Compensation starts at $22/hour during training, rising to $25/hour after training, with potential to reach $35/hour through advancement; mileage reimbursement and performance-based incentives are included.
