Part- Time World Language Teacher

Create and implement a school-wide vision for Spanish language acquisition while developing culturally rich curriculum for elementary and middle school students. Foster listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through individual and group instruction, integrating language learning with cross-curricular activities and project-based learning. Ensure full compliance with federal and state EL regulations including Title III/ESSA requirements by overseeing identification, assessment, and placement of English Learners. Coordinate language proficiency assessments, monitor student progress data, and prepare required reports for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Provide professional development on EL best practices and foster relationships with multilingual families. This dual role combines classroom instruction excellence with program leadership and federal compliance oversight across our innovative K-8 schools.
