Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in wireless telecommunications, networking, or a related field
- substantial experience in wireless telecommunications research and development
- US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
- Experience supporting federal research, innovation, or technology transition programs (preferred)
- Established relationships across the wireless telecommunications, networking, and innovation ecosystem (preferred)
- Experience working with research testbeds, public-private partnerships, standards bodies, or technology transition initiatives (preferred)
- Coachable, adaptable, and able to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment (soft skill alignment)
- Ability to work as part of a primarily remote team with occasional in-person meetings
