Job Summary
Work in the wireless services section of a local Walmart store, engaging consumers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans. Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and build professional relationships by welcoming customers and politely offering solutions. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas and celebrate success. Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products while accurately documenting and reporting all sales. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. This role requires six months of prior sales or retail experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Earn between $600 - $800 weekly with base pay, uncapped commission, and on-demand daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
