Job Summary
Welcome customers in the Walmart wireless services section and engage them about carrier plans, accessories, and service options. Assess needs, suggest products, and document sales accurately while maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas and celebrate success. This role requires high school diploma, six months prior sales or retail experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Earn between $600 - $800 weekly with base pay, uncapped commission, and on-demand pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
