Job Summary
Work in the wireless services section of a local Walmart store, engaging consumers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans. Welcome customers, politely offer solutions, and assist with product selections by building confidence and overcoming objections. Collaborate with team members to meet monthly sales quotas and accurately document all sales activity. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. No door-to-door or cold calling required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
