Job Summary
Welcome customers in the wireless services section of your local Walmart, engaging them about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans. Assess needs, suggest products, and accurately document sales while maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas and celebrate success. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Earn base pay plus uncapped commission with next-day pay options. 2020 Companies recruits brand advocates for Fortune 500 clients to drive market share and build brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
