Job Summary
Part-Time Wholesale Mortgage Marketing Specialist focused on email marketing and social media content creation targeting mortgage brokers; responsibilities include developing targeted email campaigns, creating newsletters and product updates, analyzing performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to optimize campaigns, downloading lists from the loan origination system, managing social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) with engaging content, monitoring and responding to inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and social media.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
