Job Summary
Caregiver and Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to clients in their homes under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility), providing companionship, light housekeeping, meal planning/preparation and grocery shopping, assisting with ambulation/transfers and prescribed exercises, supporting client independence and dignity, monitoring/reporting changes to the supervising nurse, and participating in ongoing training/CEUs. Requires active NJ CHHA certification; CPR preferred. Location-focused on Gloucester/Camden/South Jersey areas with flexible weekend/part-time shifts; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, weekly pay, travel reimbursement, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Clear background check and drug screening
