Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness, atmosphere, and inventory while conducting regular audits to ensure Excel standards. Audit and balance cash drawers daily, update member information into tablets, and operate equipment like HydroMassage and Total Body Enhancement. Communicate with members to address infractions, promote tours, and assist with membership promotions. Stock retail and janitorial items, participate in team meetings, and represent the company at community outreach events. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws while maintaining a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
