Job Summary
Set up and maintain an appealing retail environment while assisting customers with shopping and purchases of Harley-Davidson merchandise. Create a fun shopping experience through active selling and compelling visual merchandising, providing tailored style and fit suggestions. Perform cashier functions and handle general merchandise retail sales. Maintain excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to work with a broad customer base. Work on the sales floor for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs. Be flexible in schedule, including weekends and events as needed. Required Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Education or experience in retail sales, food and beverage, or hospitality industries
- Experience with POS systems, computerized inventory systems, or the ability to learn quickly
- Must have the ability to stand and work on the sales floor for extended periods of time during scheduled shift
- Must be flexible in schedule, including weekends and events as needed
