Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time weekend role at a Marshalls location in Nashville, TN offers a starting pay of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
