Job Summary
Implement customer service standards from initial inquiry through ongoing relationship management while maintaining a clean, professional environment. Deliver high-quality waxing services following defined protocols and safety standards, educating clients on benefits, product trends, and membership programs. Build and retain clients via social platforms and community engagement efforts. Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations while supporting salon culture and teamwork. Work Sundays 10am-5pm, Monday 4pm-8pm, and Tuesday 4-8pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
- Time Management Skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Self-Motivated
