Job Summary
Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps, transport waste to community dumpsters or compactors, and pick up loose litter throughout the property. Document resident non-compliance violations and complete routes safely and efficiently. Requires a pickup truck, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a smartphone with a data plan and working camera. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM to approximately 9:30 PM. Pay is $350 biweekly plus paid holidays.
