Job Summary
Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps, transport waste to community dumpsters or compactors, and pick up loose litter throughout the property. Document resident non-compliance violations and complete routes safely and efficiently. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday from 8:00 PM to approximately 10:30 PM with biweekly pay of $340 plus paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
