Job Summary
Ensure daily inserting process completion by hand-inserting free-standing inserts into machines, using shrink-wrap machines to wrap pallets, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials. Align inserts on a jogging table before loading pockets, load signatures on the binder machine, and feed mail pieces into the mail machine while gathering addressed items from the conveyor. Perform daily mailroom cleanup and handle shipping/receiving materials as assigned. Work the afternoon shift on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a team player
- Ability to follow supervisor directions
- Good communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to submit and pass the necessary required checks
- Must be available for shift work
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work various hours for coverage outside of normal business hours
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience
- Computer proficiency
