Job Summary
Pick product from bulk and primary locations, confirming part number and quantity using forklift or manual methods. Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver product as needed, completing daily vehicle and forklift safety checklists. Clean and maintain the work area daily while adhering to all safety procedures. Handle counter sales of merchandise in-store and manage customer service interactions. Work 20-25 hours weekly in a warehouse environment with moderate physical effort, lifting up to 70 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years previous warehouse/material handling experience
- Delivery driving experience A+
- Clean driving record
- Customer Service/counter sales
- Basic math skills
- Detail oriented
- Computer literate
- Communication skills to communicate with management and co-workers
- General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Counter Sales
- Ability to operate sit down and stand-up forklift
- Moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Lift, lower, carry product up to 70 lbs
- Warehouse environment – work in hot/cold temperatures through the seasons
