Job Summary
Part-time Warehouse Supervisor responsible for supervising, training, developing, and leading workgroups to ensure safety, production and attendance. Sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety; manages resources; facilitates training; ensures compliance with safety policies and government requirements; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; develops personal development plans and conducts orientation and proactive coaching to support ongoing growth; requires ability to lift up to 70 lbs and flexible shifts up to 5 days/week; strong communication and Microsoft Office skills; management experience preferred.
