Job Summary
Volleyball Coach for St. Austin Catholic School (Grades 5–8) part-time seasonal Fall 2026. Lead two practices per week 3:45–5:15 PM, coach one game per week 4:00–6:30 PM, collaborate with fellow coaches during combined practices for 5/6 and 7/8 teams, prepare athletes for regular-season competition and CAPPS Volleyball Championship Tournament, teach fundamentals of serving, passing, setting, positioning, communication, and teamwork, maintain communication with student-athlete families via the parent portal, model Catholic values, and create a positive, inclusive team culture. Requirements include High school or equivalent, coaching/playing experience, CPR certification and first aid training, Texas Driver's License, and EIM compliance with related trainings and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Previous coaching and/or playing experience
- Current CPR certification and first aid training
- Texas Driver's License
- Must maintain Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) compliance
- Must submit an EIM Application for Ministry within the first week of employment and complete required training within 60 days
