Job Summary
Travel across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine to shoot with investors, property managers, and deal-makers, translating creative briefs into footage that fits the vision. Coordinate field shoots, manage talent, and organize files consistently before passing clear edit briefs to external editors. Track the edit pipeline to ensure a set number of finished videos are ready weekly and hand off approved content to the social media coordinator on schedule. Maintain a tidy asset library and manage revisions as needed. This part-time role requires a reliable vehicle and independent work ethic, reporting directly to the Chief Innovator.
Required Qualifications
- Solid videography skills and a portfolio that shows clean, intentional work
- A reliable vehicle and the willingness to put miles on it
- Strong organizational habits — files named consistently, deadlines tracked, nothing slipping
- Clear, professional communication with editors and the social media coordinator
- Comfort working independently for long stretches and building easy rapport with subjects on camera

- Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel regularly across NH, MA, and ME
- Strong organizational habits — comfortable managing files, tracking deadlines, and keeping a production calendar tidy

- Comfortable working independently for long stretches and building easy rapport with new people on shoots
