Job Summary
Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and book appointments while maintaining charts and computer records. Manage pharmacy and retail sales, implement marketing initiatives, and handle financial responsibilities with accuracy. Perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks, ensuring a professional environment for patients, clients, and the medical team. This role requires excellent client service, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to work in a stressful, team-oriented setting. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to lift 40 pounds while standing, walking, or bending for an 8-hour day. A high school diploma and public sector experience are required, with veterinary hospital experience preferred. No weekends are required for this part-time position.
