Job Summary
In-Home, Associate Veterinarian role focused on mobile hospice and euthanasia care for pets, serving Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. Responsibilities emphasize compassionate, family-centered veterinary care delivered in clients’ homes, with an emphasis on balancing professional fulfillment and personal well-being. You’ll practice veterinary medicine outside a traditional clinic setting, benefit from ongoing training and mentorship, and operate with flexible scheduling (3–5 day-per-week options) while maintaining high-quality patient care and meaningful client relationships. The position supports independent practice within Lap of Love’s collaborative culture, with onboarding and access to a 24/7/365 support center, and opportunity for variable full-time equivalent compensation based on schedule. Required Qualifications
- Licensed DVM in good standing
- Ability to perform in-home veterinary visits
- Compassionate hospice and end-of-life care experience preferred
- Excellent communication with pet families

- Flexibility to accommodate a flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule
