Job Summary
In-Home, Associate Veterinarian with Lap of Love providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families via a mobile practice. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and onboarding support, and a focus on practice with purpose and work-life balance. Requires DVM/VMD/BVMS, valid US driver’s license, weekend availability, ability to lift, and passing background checks. Remote work not applicable; role centers on home-visit veterinary care in Long Beach, NY area.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Availability to work some weekends
- Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check (post-hire and before start date)
