Job Summary
Review and verify title documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations. Process title transfers, reassignments, lien releases, corrections, and other ownership-related transactions while communicating with customers, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies to resolve discrepancies. Monitor outstanding titles, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance on title requirements and processes. Respond to incoming telephone calls professionally and process auction and sale-day transactions with a high level of customer service. Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Work day shift at a specified Cox location with no remote option.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience
- Experience within the automotive, transportation, logistics, or related industries
- Working knowledge of vehicle titling, registration processes, DMV requirements, and related documentation
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in document review and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
