Part-Time Variable Care Specialist/QMAP - The Fountains

Provide personal care assistance to residents at The Fountains and The Commons, including bathing, dressing, and transporting them to dining or events. Maintain a safe physical environment by monitoring living areas, removing hazards, and redirecting disoriented residents. Assist with social supervision, mail delivery, and general socialization while answering resident request systems via radio or pager. Perform laundry duties for residents and maintain cleanliness in laundry areas. Ensure protective oversight by identifying visitors, applying house rules, and reporting resident difficulties. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical behavior consistent with Hilltop's values. This part-time variable role requires day, evening, and overnight availability.
