Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport it to the onsite compactor five days a week, operating between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM from Sunday through Thursday. Maintain a late-model pickup truck in good working condition and communicate daily with the field district manager while navigating the property using smartphones and apps. This role requires climbing steps to retrieve trash from every apartment door and works best for motivated individuals with high attention to detail, with former military service members preferred.
