Collect bagged trash from building doors and transport it to the onsite compactor five days per week, operating Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. Retrieve trash from every apartment door, requiring good physical condition and the ability to climb steps, while maintaining punctuality by arriving at the property at 7:55 P.M. sharp. Use a clean, late-model pickup truck in good working condition to perform this task, which must be done in cold, rain, or shine. Maintain daily communication with the Valet Field District Manager and ensure quiet removal to respect residents preparing for bed. Former military service members are preferred, and applicants must speak English and be comfortable with smartphones and apps.
