Job Summary
Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport it to the onsite compactor during Sunday through Thursday shifts from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Retrieve trash from every apartment door, requiring good physical condition to climb steps, while maintaining punctuality by arriving on property at 7:55 PM sharp. Operate a clean, late-model pickup truck in good working condition and communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager. Remain on-site for five days per week regardless of weather, ensuring residents receive quiet removal as they prepare for bed. Former military service members are preferred, and English-speaking individuals with smartphone proficiency are required.
