Job Summary
Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport it to the onsite compactor during nightly shifts from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Arrive on property at 7:55 PM sharp to ensure residents receive quiet service before bedtime. Maintain a late-model pickup truck in good condition and communicate daily with the field district manager while navigating property-specific apps. This role requires climbing steps to retrieve trash from every apartment door and works in all weather conditions. Former military service members are preferred for this five-year contract position.
Required Qualifications

- Clean late model pickup truck
- Must speak English
- Good physical condition
