Job Summary
Meet and greet all guests arriving by any form of transportation, assist with luggage retrieval, and escort guests to the lobby for registration. Park vehicles securely, mark key tags with guest details and location, and point out existing vehicle damage. Explain valet parking procedures and fees while providing directions to the registration area and general information on local events and points of interest. Respond promptly to guest questions regarding transportation, hotel services, and community activities, maintaining professionalism within five feet of your area in public spaces. Drive vehicles safely and efficiently, lifting up to 65 lbs throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
- Must have knowledge of local establishments, businesses and the surrounding community in general
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a driving record that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
- Must be able to see objects and people up close and at a distance
- Must be able to grasp handles, carry bundles and lift packages
- Must be able to continually push, lift and carry up to 65lbs throughout the hotel during entire shift
