Job Summary
Urgent Care Veterinarian for after-hours, part-time shifts in Wichita, KS. Provide urgent care for canine and feline patients, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Paperless clinics with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and IDEXX in-house lab equipment. Collaborate with clinical team and leadership; grow relationships within the Wichita community; support staff via LevelUp training; manage a varying caseload including surgeries and appointments during open hours. Flexible swing/second shift schedule; urgent care only (no wellness).
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or ability to obtain a license in that state)
