Part-Time Urgent Care Senior Veterinary Assistant

Job Summary
Provide outstanding patient care, team leadership, and client service in a fast-paced urgent care clinic handling wound management, ear infections, vomiting, and euthanasia. Perform animal handling tasks including patient restraint, sample collection, and monitoring while executing clinical skills such as phlebotomy, catheter placement, laboratory analysis, and drug calculation. Manage additional duties including facility maintenance and client education using cloud-based EMR and digital x-ray equipment. Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with full-time employees required to travel for on-site training and onboarding.

- Prior experience working with animals in a hospital setting
- Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, healthy and positive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a hands-on environment
