Job Summary
Part-time Universal Banker I providing prompt, friendly service and driving customer satisfaction through teller transactions (deposits, loan payments, checks), cash handling, and referrals of bank products; requires sales orientation, adaptability, and ability to work independently or with a team while adhering to Bank policies and confidentiality. Responsibilities include balancing cash drawer, vault transactions, end-of-day processing, maintaining security system knowledge, and assisting with routine account maintenance and inquiries. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and a smartphone (iOS/Android) for security features.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Six months of customer service/cash handling experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Must have smartphone (iOS or Android) that is able to support security features required by the Bank's IT security guidelines
