Job Summary
Manage client service delivery through face-to-face interactions, expanding relationships and processing financial transactions while maintaining accuracy. Open new checking and savings accounts, address inquiries, and provide education on digital channels and reward programs. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, implement risk management practices to safeguard assets, and follow internal controls to prevent fraud. Utilize the CRM platform to capture client interactions and contribute to branch operational efficiency. Participate in daily jumpstarts, branch meetings, and training sessions to stay informed on new products and services. Travel between branch locations as needed to support branch sales, operations, and safe deposit duties.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint
- A high school education or GED
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Bilingual proficiency (English/ Spanish)
- The ability to use data, information, and communication technologies to find, evaluate, create, and communicate information, requiring both cognitive and technical skills
