Job Summary
Provide timely, efficient processing of client transactions and accurate records while educating clients on digital/self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile). Cross-train to support sales and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, including outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities to refer clients to branch specialists. Maintain strong customer experience, contribute to branch sales, stay compliant with policies, and participate in training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery. This role supports customer engagement across the branch and may require travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Microsoft Office software proficiency
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
- Weekend and/or extended hours availability with occasional travel and overnights may be included
